Zone files are not attached to requested email

Within your account there is a function to send via email a copy of zone files that we've generated. This is very useful when you need to review exactly what we are publishing on the DNS servers. Sometimes you will receive the email with no attachments, see below:
There are a few reasons why nothing would be attached.
1. The zone file has not been generated yet. This only should happen when the domain is less than 5 minutes old.
2. The zone file has not been changed in a few months. This happens because we periodically clean out zone files from the generation server. None exists to send you. You can simply update / modify the zone and it will be generated again.
3. You requested a zone file for a free subdomain. This cannot happen as everyones DNS records are in the same file/zone. Security reasons.
