Customer States:

I have the DSMTP service that you provide and I have a small question to ask. I notice that in the queued messages selection the following message always apears "A message thats in use. try again..." What does this mean?
Thanks

This means a few things. If mail is queued for your domain and the delivery is trying to occur at that moment then the message will be in use. If all mail has been delivered to your server then these messages might be outbound messages from your server, for instance non deliverable reports, virus warning messages, unknown users, etc going back to the senders server.
