Rate this article
We have three nameservers that can be used to register your domains with, although the first 2 are sufficient if that is all you can specify at your registrar.
ns1.changeIP.com (204.16.170.10) ns2.changeIP.com (198.173.81.224 and 66.34.135.28) ns3.changeIP.com (204.16.170.11) ns4.changeIP.com (66.34.135.28) - Optional ns4.changeIP.com (213.198.89.85) - Optional
Only a domains name servers need to be pointed to the above settings. You do not need to specify ChangeIP.com as any of your contacts. If you have any problems with your registrar accepting the above nameservers please contact us at Support@ChangeIP.com and we'll try to get it resolved.
Note: ns2.ChangeIP.com is load balanced between 2 or more DNS servers. This record has round robin DNS records setup so that if you can only list 2 name servers you are still getting the benefit of more than 2 locations.
