If your domain name is coming up for renewal with another registrar we'd like you to transfer it to us. This gives you the benefit of managing your domain registration as well as the DDNS from the same website. Transfers from other registrars should be started before 15 days of expiration to give the transfer time to complete. We've seen transfers occur within 2 days as well as some taking 14 days. The losing registrar has a lot of control over whether the process completes - so please make sure that your domain is not on REGISTRAR-HOLD, PENDING, or on hold because of payment issues.
