You may have received an email stating that you are abusing our Dynamic DNS update script by sending too many updates. If this happens your IP address will be blacklisted temporarily from accessing the update script. This only happens if your IP address is sending more than 300 updates per 5 minutes.
To remove your Dynamic IP from the blacklist you will need to email our support department. We will work with you to resolve why your client is sending abusive updates. We need information on what dynamic dns client update software / hardware you are using, any firmware versions, model #'s, etc. Send all related information to Support@ChangeIP.com.
