We are occasionally asked, how do I renew my Premium DDNS or Email Hosting. The short answer is 'nothing'.
Unlike some services which require you to click a "RENEW" button or configure for Auto Renewal, Premium DDNS and Email Hosting have a different renewal mechanism. Each has a Next Due Date, and 14 days prior to the Next Due Date, the system automatically generates a renewal invoice and emails you to remind you to pay it. You can also always view your invoices under My Invoices.
Also, an unpaid email reminder is sent 1 day after it's due, then 4 days after it's due, and finally 7 days after it's due. At 14 days after due date the service is suspended and then it is terminated 30 days after due date. Any late fees that are required will be assessed at 28 days after due date. That gives the client 28 days to respond to the initial invoice email before suspension occurs.
