Error Message: You do not have any domains eligible for email

If you have ordered our "Email Hosting" package and receive this error message during checkout: "You do not have any domains eligible for email", then this means that you do not have any registered domains for us that can be used with Email Hosting. Some reasons for this could be:

  • You do not have a Domain Registered with us
  • All domains you have registered with us currently already have an Email Hosting package assigned to them (even expired packages count)

If your email package has expired, please renew it by paying the invoice. Reordering the package will result in the above error.
