If you are experiencing issues after entering or changing records in our DNS manager please follow these steps:
If your record is a domain reference, the "Value" may have been appended with your domain.
- Click on the domain in the "DNS Manager" section to expand the zone.
- Check the "Value" fields and look for records which have your domain appended to them: (smtp.google.com.example.com)
- Remove the appended domain (example.com) and terminate the value with a . character (smtp.google.com.) to prevent the value from being appended upon saving.
- Save record and re expand DNS zone to confirm "Value" fields are now accurate.
